Pioneer Group came into existence in 1992-93 under the stewardship of Mr. Mohinder Pal Aggarwal, who has five decades of experience in Roller Flour Milling industry. Mr. Jagat Mohan Aggarwal took over from his father in the year 1984 as a Managing Partner. He has diversified it into Vanaspati and Refined Oils and other down-stream projects - Vital wheat gluten, starches, liquid glucose by floating new companies - Pioneer Agro Extracts Ltd. and Pioneer Industries Ltd.

The projects on the anvil are a distillery for producing cereal based premium alcohol.


Pioneer Agro Extracts Ltd. Pioneer Agro Extracts Ltd. is a public limited Company engaged in manufacturing of hydrogenated vegetable and refined oils - staple media of cooking. The company is producing quality products and has equipped its plant with highly sophisticated equipments to ensure that the products do not only qualify the specifications as prescribed in different enactments by the Govt. but also satisfy the international quality parameters. The company has engaged services of qualified and talented staff down to the floor level.


Pioneer Industries Ltd. Pioneer Industries Ltd. is an Agro based complex established recently with a capital outlay of 10 Million USD with two different lines of production. The grain complex has a state-of-the-art facilities to split Wheat into Starch and Gluten. The Starch is further converted into Liquid Glucose. Facilities to manufacture premium grade extra Neutral Alcohol are in the implementation stage. The edible oil refinery has facilities to process a variety of raw oils to refined oil and to Vanaspati.
