Pioneer Group came into existence in 1992-93 under the stewardship of Mr. Mohinder Pal Aggarwal. He has five decades of experience in Roller Flour Milling industry. He has always been an inspiration for the team. Apart from being successful businessman he is a fulltime social activist with a number of welfare programmes always in his agenda.

After his graduation in commerce he did a Flour Milling and Flour Technology course fro Central Food & Technology Research Centre, Mysore and City & Guild London. He has more than 15 years of experience in agro-based industries.
As an industrial entrepreneur, conservation of environment & natural resources by adopting latest pollution control technique has been his top priority. He is been to locate highly backward areas of the map of Punjab, plan and setup industries with
special emphasis on Agro based industries. He firmly believes and bring it into practice the following in the existing and upcoming industries.

Joint Managing Director, Mr. Ajay Goel
After, his post graduation he joined his family
business of trading of food grains and oil supplies to
defence. In 1990, he promoted M/s Transworld Polymers
Pvt Ltd; a company engaged in the Import of raw wool,
PVC granules etc. In 1993, he joined the team to
promote Pioneer Agro extracts Limited. Presently he is
looking after the marketing segment of the group.

The Executive Director, Mr Bharat Bhushan Aggarwal
After completing his post graduation and Export Management in 1981 Mr. Bharat joined his family business of Petroleum products, Rice plants, Fertilizers & Pesticides. In 1993 he joined the Pioneer Group as one of the promoters. Currently he is looking after the entire factory operations as well as promotion of special products like Carotene Rich Red Palmolein & Zero Trans Shortening.
